Sinterklaas Stars On Sale!

Our new Illuminated Stars are here! This year it features stars and moons, and the sales help support both Sinterklaas and the 5th Grade Whale Watch! Order yours from the students who come around, or pick them up at any of these locations in Rhinebeck Village! These make GREAT gifts and decorations! Collect a new one each year!

TODAY AT CELEBRATION SPACE!
Make snow geese! Work on the seven sisters stars! Bring the kids for Crowns and Branches! Teens - help with the puppets!

TOMORROW AT CELEBRATION SPACE!
Origami crane workshop from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. We supply paper and instructions! We need 300 more! Or come in any time after noon to help make puppets! No experience necessary! Open til 8:00!

Even if you don't want to stay, come and check out some of the big puppets for the parade, including Big Mama and The Blue Dog!

OUR SINTERKLAAS WORKSHOP, CELEBRATION SPACE IS OPEN ! THERE'S MUCH TO DO ! 46 W. Market St., Rhinebeck.


We need your help in creating the puppets for this year's spectacular Sinterklaas Parade, which will be December 5. Please stop by anytime between Noon til closing time, generally 8:00 PM daily, through Dec. 3. We have plenty to do and people to show you how! Paint, cut, glue, papier mache, create!! You don't need to be an artist - we'll help you!

Bring the kids! Come on over to the Crowns and Branches workshop at Celebration Space and avoid the crowd on Dec. 5! We provide the crown and the branch for your child to create his very own and wonderfully unique Crown and Scepter that they can carry in our parade! And if you can, bring more shiny stuff with you! Beads, trinkets, jewels, glitzy fabric, buttons and bows... we need it all!

While you're there, you can sign up to be in the parade! We need 200 people to animate the puppets and wear our costumes! Be a STAR! We need families to animate some larger puppets! We need singles to animate others!
